We have been in the market for a new home ... and are anticipating a move this summer. I work with computers and websites and this site is very impressive. My hats off to the IT Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one helluva' business. I've seen twenty five to thirty real estate websites thus far but none compare to this in any way, shape or form. I don't know if this will reach the people you work for but I hope it does. It's blown the twenty five to thirty websites I visited right out of the water. Not to sound to crude but it's finally nice to go to a website where they really care.

Bill and Karen, I wanted to send you this email to say thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty in saving the closings of my houses.  When my agent called me and told me that the people backed out of buying the house in Belton/Honea Path 4 days before closing, I did not know what to do, we had already packed and was ready to move, and to make matters worse, we knew that the owners of the home we were buying had already moved out of the house to make room for us.  If it had not been for you going to the mat for all of us, 3 closings would have been lost.  You really do go above your job description in purchasing the house in Belton, I hope you can turn it around fast, and make some money on it.  As you know, we have already closed on the home we purchased, and will be closing on the house we are selling today at 3, Thank you for saving the day!  You don't know how much we appreciate it, we love our new home!  Thank you once again for saving the closings, here is wishing you have a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year! Bill and Karen Lawton went above and beyond our expectations.  They personally bought a home to keep four closings from being disrupted.  Of all the Realtors involved in the homes that were for sale, Bill and Karen were the only Realtors that were willing to personally do something to keep the deals alive.  If it weren't for them we would not have closed on our existing home last week and we wouldn't be closing on our new home next week.  They should be commended.  We have told many friends of their work and we will continue to do so. Dear Bill, We just wanted to thank you for your assistance in helping us locate a home. We were so grateful for your haste in enabling us to view that first large home. We thought we had found something and were so eager to view the interior. It was certainly more house than we needed, but the screened porch, the Florida room plus the den, were certainly pleasing to me: though it requires more work, spare appeals to me. I guess you know the rest of the story. Joseph and I also want to thank you for showing us the "Green House" which we had admired for so long. We had just learned it was on the market and we felt we needed to renew the search should the sellers refuse to make the necessary repairs. And you came to the rescue again! We thank you sincerely! Dear Karen and Bill: We closed on the NY home May 22nd and are not settled yet. Had three storage units packed full, with each box a surprise. Erik just shipped via ABF the contents of the Cherrystone garage. If I never see another cardboard box again, I'll be happy. I just wanted you both to know that you are the most outstanding individuals that we met in South Carolina. When Ed and I think of you both, all we can think of is the word Integrity. We were beyond blessed to have you both and look forward someday to having lunch.we will return for a visit. Erik's cancer has returned and had surgery again. Thirty-six years old, four young children, and bladder cancer. Chemotherapy is next for him..that option is not mine. Too many other complications. At least, we are home. The house we bought is a 4 bedroom, 2 full and 2 half baths. Two car garage, living room, dining room, family room, 2 laundry rooms, and a finished basement. A real backyard and fenced. We have a train that passes in the back a couple of times a day with 4-5 cars attached to the engine. Wonderfully pleasant to watch as well as very quiet. It is forever wild also with a large wooded area for privacy. Again, God willing we will return. It would be our pleasure to hug you both and cry. You did an outstanding job and are two people we will never forget. You all were a blessing to us. We praise God that people like you exist.
